Gairaut (Trois Collines)
Located above the city center, the Gairaut district is named after the hill on which it sits. In the past, Gairaut Hill was a vast area covered with olive trees. Today, large villas occupy these same lands, offering breathtaking views of the city center and the sea. Gairaut is also known for its namesake château, Villa Châteauneuf, and the Saint-Sauveur Church. This neighborhood is prized for its exceptional panoramas and its luxurious residential atmosphere.
